Cerro is a California practice with a Montecito flagship, a Los Angeles satellite, and a San Francisco studio opening in 2027. Same principal, same standard, same design language — delivered from the studio closest to the work, across California and the Mountain West.
Montecito Flagship
Our home ground on Coast Village Road. Principal-led, with full in-house design, FF&E specification, and our Summerland receiving warehouse. Serves the Central Coast from Ojai to Carmel, the Monterey Peninsula, and North Lake Tahoe via travel-based delivery.

Our LA satellite anchors the Palisades and Malibu rebuild practice, and serves the Westside from Bel-Air and Beverly Hills to Brentwood, Hidden Hills, and Encino. Full in-house delivery with weekly principal site presence during active projects.

San Francisco
Our NorCal satellite opens in 2027 in Dogpatch, SF — serving the Peninsula (Atherton, Hillsborough, Woodside), San Francisco proper (Pacific Heights, Presidio Heights), and Napa / Sonoma Wine Country. Full in-house delivery once operational.

Travel-delivered markets.
Not every California luxury submarket warrants a studio on day one. Our Monterey Peninsula, Desert, North Lake Tahoe, Orange County, and San Diego practices are delivered from the nearest studio with a disciplined travel cadence and a vetted network of local trade partners.
When a travel-delivered market reaches four sustained active projects, we evaluate a dedicated local project manager. A satellite studio follows only when the book justifies the overhead.
