What Cerro brings to San Diego — a proposition, not a photograph.

A Rancho Santa Fe Covenant hacienda restored in the Lilian Rice tradition, with a small new wing that carries the Covenant's 1920s vocabulary forward. Hand-troweled lime plaster, Saltillo and Mexican clay tile, custom wrought iron at every gate and rail, reclaimed vigas expressed at loggia and primary rooms, courtyard-centric plan with fountain and citrus allée. A proposition that reads as older than it is, even where newly built.

Studio Study · not a delivered project. This page is a Cerro design proposition for this market — a representative interpretation, not a photograph of a home that exists. If you have a house in San Diego and want a conversation, write us.
