The Silverleaf Desert House
What Cerro brings to Scottsdale / PV — a proposition, not a photograph.
Our Coachella Mediterranean vocabulary, translated into Silverleaf's contemporary territorial register. Rammed-earth wall massing that thermal-masses through the Sonoran summer, reclaimed mesquite ceilings warmer than any imported hardwood, hand-troweled lime plaster tuned for higher UV, deep brise-soleil loggias and courtyard-depth shaded rooms where the family lives six months of the year. Native saguaro, palo verde, and ironwood as the landscape's first-class program — not backdrop.
Studio Study · not a delivered project. This page is a Cerro design proposition for this market — a representative interpretation, not a photograph of a home that exists. If you have a house in Scottsdale / PV and want a conversation, write us.
