About the role
Our Junior Designer role is a two- to three-year runway into a full Interior Designer position. You will support designers across the studio on documentation, sourcing, presentations, and everything in between. You will sit in on client meetings, visit job sites, and see how great projects are actually made. Expect to work hard; expect to grow quickly.
What you’ll do
- Produce drawings, schedules, and specification sheets under designer direction
- Maintain and organize the studio's physical materials library
- Research products, finishes, and vendors for active projects
- Assemble client presentation decks and mood boards
- Support installs, photoshoots, and studio events
- Keep project binders, samples, and finish schedules accurate and current
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field
- 0 – 2 years of post-graduate experience (internships count)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe InDesign
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Genuinely curious, hardworking, and humble
Nice to have
- CIDA-accredited degree program
- A portfolio that reveals point of view — not just technical skill
- Previous internship at a residential firm
