Build beautiful homes. Build a great career.
A small studio with large ambitions. Every role here is a seat at the table on work that will live in homes, publications, and memory for decades.
Obsessed with the details
We work at the level where a hinge, a paint formula, or a corner detail matters. We hire people who find that satisfying rather than exhausting.
Rooted in the Central Coast
Our studio sits a block from the Pacific in Montecito. Our work is shaped by this landscape, this light, and the century of architecture that came before us.
A team worth staying for
We invest in our people with real compensation, real mentorship, and a real path to partnership. We hire slowly, we hire well, and we build careers — not just projects.
Built for the long run.
Meaningful Compensation
Competitive base salaries benchmarked to top-tier California design firms, annual performance bonuses, and transparent path to partnership for senior team members.
Comprehensive Health & Wellness
Fully covered medical, dental, and vision for employees; 75% covered for dependents. $1,200 annual wellness stipend — yoga, Pilates, therapy, acupuncture.
Generous Time Off
20 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, full week off between Christmas and New Year, plus the occasional surprise Friday after a major project install.
Retirement & Equity
401(k) with 4% studio match. Profit-sharing pool distributed annually to all full-time staff who have completed one year with the studio.
Professional Growth
$2,500 annual learning stipend. Company trips to Milan Salone, High Point Market, and one international research trip every 18 months for senior staff.
A Beautiful Place to Work
Our studio at 1170 Coast Village Road sits a block from the ocean. Natural light, lunches on the patio, an in-studio materials library, and really, really good coffee.
12 roles currently open.
We are actively growing across design, project management, and operations. If you don't see the right fit, write to us directly.
